This past Saturday Crossfit Relentless held it's first team wod and we had over 25 particpants from both Crossfit Relentless and Crossfit USA show up. It was a great mix of veterans,relative noobies and several people who have never done a Crossfit workout before(boy were they in for a shock!). We love to do these team wods because it givesus a chance to employ our fitness in a fun ,friendly and competitive setting. It also highlights another key element of what makes a Crossfit box so special...the community. Many of the participants had never met each other yet everyone cheered and  supported each other like they were lifelong friends. It really is something to behold and also to try. Be assured we will do many more and now that we have a box big enough to do indoors wods we will do them all winter long! Some pics of the day are posted below,thanks again to everyone who came out !
