Scott and his beautiful kids Abby,Maddy and Jake all participated in our CrossFit kids class today. I absolutely love watching the kids mix it up with the parents and very soon indeed we will be rolling out a parents/kids class night. Not sure exactly about the parameters will be but you can bet it's going to be fun! Here's a few pictures of todays fun including the Fish game the ended with a sliding scale of burpees for first place through last place. It seems like poor Abby just keep getting hammered with lots of burpees these days. Well, at least she is going to get really good at doing them!
