Crossfit USA Teens

One of our Crossfit USA teens,Peter, has been making a lot of strides in his strength and conditioning. In the picture below he is hitting a 95 lbs push press for 3 reps at a bodyweight of 135lbs. Not to bad at all. Now he is also participating in  our daily wods(scaled of course) and his football coach should be pleasantly surpised when he gets him back next week.
