Brenda lost over 70 lbs and is now a size 4!

I love being a part of a team of diverse people who cheer for each other's accomplishments -- whether they are the most elite athlete at the gym or someone who is experiencing their first Crossfit workout. Working out with all the great people in our group classes is making the journey fun! Crossfit USA is a place where everyone is treated like an athlete and trained like an athlete at their individual starting point.

The individualized instruction and continual guidance from the coaches make me feel like a valued member of the team. I couldn't have accomplished what I have without Merle, Tony, Glenn, and Joe -- being able to rely on the expertise of the Crossfit trainers is an invaluable part of the Crossfit USA experience. The trainers don't just guide me through my daily workouts, they provide me inspiration and motivation to continually improve and push myself to levels of athleticism that I wouldn't have been able to even imagine on my own. Double PR week

So Jess is new to our box here in Berlin.  We welcome her here and also see already some great results from her! Earlier this week she PR'd in her strict press to 65#, and today she did it again to a PR of 70#.  Awesome work!Image

The Calm Before the Storm

So this morning was all about fun, and laughs, and kicking jokes around.... typical CrossFit USA morning.  And then once the WOD began... it was all downhill.  Way to work through everything this morning guys!  Steve, Scott, Greg, Amber, and Chrissy are always a fun group to have in the morning, and always so lively, until its time to WOD!! hahaImageImageImage

CrossFit USA and CrossFit Relentless cookout

Yesterday Amy and Jonathan Martin played host to what I'm going to call our first annual CrossFit Relentless and USA cookout. The weather was perfect,the food was great ,the company could not have been better and the setting was spectacular. The kids ran and played on Jonathan's cool playscape and swam in the pool. The adults got a chance to relax and mingle without the fear of doing a wod and just hang out.  This is the perfect example of what we mean when we say we are not just another gym,we are a tight community and family. I cannot thank Amy and Jonathan enough for opening their home to us and cooking for our entire CrossFit family. Thanks also to everyone who came out to enjoy the day. Here's a few pictures from the afternoon.
